14-day cooling-off period
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving your order, without stating a reason.
How do you return a product?
- Send an email to info@primolux.nl with your order number and the reason for return
- We will send you return instructions within 2 working days
- Return the product unused and in its original packaging
- Once we have received and checked the return, you will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days
Cost of returns
The costs for returning are at the customer's expense, unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
Excluded from return
Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g., opened personal care products) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless the product is defective.
Received defective or damaged?
Contact us immediately via info@primolux.nl with photos of the defect. We will then find a suitable solution free of charge (replacement or refund).
